If all slots are full or your registration is late, you will be notified and
may be placed on a waiting list.
Once your registration is confirmed it is non-refundable.

Accommodations: You will be housed in either an air-conditioned/heated Motel unit - with either one to three other campers (everyone will have their own bed.) Some are bunk beds. So please indicate if you cannot sleep on the top bunk. You will need to provide your own linens and will be notified if you should bring single or double sheets.
We will give first priority to those who will be able to stay through the entire retreat, therefore, please indicate below if you intend to stay through Sunday afternoon.
