send out workers
into his harvest field."

Missions is not the ultimate goal of the
Church. Worship is. Missions exist because
worship does not. Worship is ultimate, not missions, because
God is ultimate, not
man... Where passion for God is weak, zeal for missions will
be weak. Churches
that are not centered on the exaltation of the majesty and beauty of
God will scarcely
kindle a fervent desire to "declare His glory among the nations"
(Psalm 96:3).

Short-term
Mission Trips
The Southern
Territory offers
many
opportunities
for you to
become involved
in missions
through the
territorial
youth
department.
There are three
short-term trips
and the summer
service corps, a
6-week
opportunity.
But the
territory also
provides
short-term trips
for local bodies
within your
corps or
division!
